    You will begin the tour by witnessing the Changing of the Royal Guards ceremony at the Royal Palace.     After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport to catch a flight to Lulea/ Rovaniemi. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and check-in.

    Rovaniemi is the administrative capital of the Finland’s Northern most province – Lapland. It is also known as the official hometown of the Santa Claus. The city was destroyed during the World War II. But it was rebuilt to a plan by Alvar Aalto, with the major streets in the shape of a reindeer’s head and antlers! Apart from the stunning Santa Claus village, the city boasts of witnessing the magical northern lights and riverside location.

    After freshening up, we shall travel through the Lapland to cross the Arctic Circle and enter the Santa Claus village. This place has an exciting array of activities for both children and adults. You can enjoy a warm cup of coffee or get yourself clicked with the Santa. You can visit the museums, Santa’s workshop, post a letter to yourself or just immerse in the knowledge of various Christmas traditions around the World!

    Here, you shall also enjoy the husky sledding and reindeer sleigh experience. Both reindeer and huskies are integral to the Arctic way of life. The snowy landscapes, coupled with the picturesque scenes of reindeer or huskies pulling sleds, provide excellent opportunities for photography.

    After breakfast at your Tromsø hotel, proceed for a city tour of Tromsø.

    Tromsø, which seems like a small suburb with mountains and fjords, is the largest urban area in Northern Norway and the cultural hub of the region. It is home of the world’s northernmost university, brewery, cathedral and botanical garden. The sun does not shine at all between November to January and there is midnight sun in summers. During the city tour, we will take a cable car ride to Mount Storsteinen, The lower station is located on Tromsø’s mainland, 50 m above sea level, while the upper station is situated at an altitude of 421 m above sea level. The ride to upper station takes about four minutes. You can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Tromsø and the surrounding islands.

    In the evening, we will head out for aurora hunting. We shall drive to areas around Tromsø with highest chances for clear skies. Once we find clear skies and stars, we will wait for the Aurora with coffee and muffins while we get our cameras ready for the big moment.

    Kirkenes is a town located in the far north-eastern part of Norway. Located near the border with Russia, it’s actually closer to some Russian cities than it is to major Norwegian cities like Oslo. During World War II, Kirkenes was heavily bombed by the Germans due to its strategic location near the border with the Soviet Union. After the war, it was completely rebuilt. The town is often covered in snow for a significant portion of the year.

    Afterwards, We will proceed to the airport in Kirkines to catch a flight to Oslo. Upon arrival in Oslo, we will transfer to the hotel and check-in. In the evening, explore Oslo at your own leisure.

    • The quote has been shared based on Rate of Exchange on 15th Sep 2023 – (1 Euro = 89 INR). The final tour cost shall be subject to change in case there is major change in ROE.
    • Mandatory tipping for on tour Services (Coach Driver, Local Guides etc) (approx. 2 Euro per day / per person)
    • Seats in international and domestic flights will be allocated at random as per availability at time of check-in at airport. Seats next to each other can’t be guaranteed. If you wish to pre-purchase the airline seats, charges will be informed on request.
    • Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry expenses, mini-bar, mineral water, telephone charges, food & drink that are not a part of the package.
    • Cost of optional excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees & local guides availed of by the passengers, that is not mentioned in the inclusions.
    • Any additional charges due to Local Events
    • If any views rooms are requested rates will change and rates will be advised on case to case basis. Rates for SGL, CWB, CNB can be given on request as well.
    • No refund will be provided in case of any unused services, or if you do not show up for any service as per time.
    • Limited availability of flight tickets, security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
    • Some hotels take security deposit at the time of check-in. The deposit is refunded as per hotel policies after check-out. The same is not included in above cost.

    • Passport should be valid for atleast 6 months from day of return

    Cancellation Policy

    In case of visa rejection by embassy, Cancellation charges will be ₹35,000* + taxes per person.

      We travelled to Italy through SEGV tours. It was a big group of four families. Akshit managed everything seamlessly starting from the seemingly impossible Schengen VISA appointment, tour arrangements, hotel accommodation, intercity train bookings and sight seeing tickets. Akshit came across as friendly, helpful, sincere, earnest and proactive in all his efforts.. His team was equally helpful and made our travel and related details easy to understand and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. His choice of hotels was really decent and we liked the accommodation provided to us. He was constantly available on whastapp and helped solve small nitty gritty daily issues instantly by coordinating with the ground operators in Italy.       This was my first experience of a group tour. SEG had organised our 10 day trip to Vietnam and overall the experience in terms of arrangements- pick up, hotels, sightseeing at various places etc was great and smooth. The places covered were well selected. I don’t know whether further fine tuning was possible so that transit time ( flight selection) could me minimized or timed optimally.       We booked our honeymoon trip from SEGV tours to Australia for December 2023 end .  It was so good ! Hotels were decent and the travel partners for tour guides  in Australia chosen were really good . Transfers were always on time.  The whole team was so patient with all our queries and iterations on itineraries. The bookings were made on time and were up to the mark! They were also available to guide on WhatsApp while we were on our trip . The cancellations were refunded.
