On arrival at Reykjavik Airport in Iceland, you will be met by our local representative in Ireland for a brief meet and greet. You will then proceed to a hotel & check in. Reykjavik, on the coast of Iceland, is the country’s capital and largest city. It’s home to the National and Saga museums, tracing Iceland’s Viking history. The striking concrete Hallgrimskirkja church and rotating Perlan glass dome offer sweeping views of the sea and nearby hills.

After breakfast, we will proceed to visit the Golden Circle in Southern Iceland.
The Golden Circle is one of the most famous of all scenic routes in Iceland and combines stunning landmarks and historically significant places in a circular sightseeing tour. The three primary stops on the route are the Thingvellir National Park, the Gullfoss waterfall, and the geothermal area in Haukadalur, which contains the geysers Geysir and Strokkur. Though Geysir has been mostly dormant for many years, Strokkur continues to erupt every 5–10 minutes. Other stops include the Kerid volcanic crater, the town of Hveragerdi, Skálholt cathedral, and the Nesjavellir and Hellisheidarvirkjun geothermal power plants.

After breakfast at the hotel, set out on an unforgettable whale-watching cruise, offering a chance to spot humpback whales, minke whales, white-beaked dolphins, and more in their natural habitat.
Setting sail from Faxaflói Bay, this tour offers a chance to observe Iceland’s marine giants, including minke whales, humpback whales, white-beaked dolphins, and harbor porpoises. The journey is enhanced by expert guides who provide insights into the region’s diverse marine life. Later, travel to Akureyri, the capital of North Iceland and the country’s second-largest town. En route, take a photo stop at Glaumbaer Museum, known for its well-preserved turf farmhouses that offer a glimpse into Iceland’s past. Pass through diverse landscapes before reaching Akureyri.
Upon arrival, explore the city’s highlights, including the Akureyri Church, a striking Lutheran church with a 3,200-pipe organ. Stroll along the beautiful Fjord waterfront, visit the charming Old Town, home to museums and historic buildings, and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Pedestrian Street, lined with restaurants, independent coffee shops, and boutique stores.

After breakfast, embark on the Diamond Circle Tour, a journey through North Iceland’s most breathtaking landscapes.
The tour begins with a visit to Goðafoss Waterfall, also known as the ‘Waterfall of the Gods,’ followed by Lake Mývatn, a region renowned for its
volcanic formations, geothermal activity, and stunning lake views. Explore the Dimmuborgir Lava Formations, a captivating area of volcanic caves and rock structures, and witness the Skútustaðir Pseudocraters, resembling an ancient collapsed citadel.
Continue to Námaskarð, where boiling mud pools and steaming vents create an otherworldly scene. Visit the Krafla volcanic area, which saw a series of eruptions between 1975 and 1984. Take a walk through the dramatic Dimmuborgir Lava Fields and admire the Skútustaðir Pseudocraters once more. The journey concludes at Dettifoss Waterfall, Europe’s most powerful and Iceland’s most voluminous waterfall, before returning to Akureyri.

After breakfast, begin the day with a visit to Deildartunguhver Hot Spring (subject to weather conditions), the highest-flowing hot spring in Europe, known for its impressive rate of 180 liters per second.
Continue to Hraunfossar Waterfall, where rivulets stream through the Hallmundarhraun lava field, creating a mesmerizing cascade. Nearby, witness the force of Barnafoss Waterfall, a rapid and powerful natural wonder in West Iceland. Later, visit Langjökull Glacier, Iceland’s second-largest glacier. Experience a guided tour through the man-made ice tunnel, located 1,200 meters above sea level, and explore the icy depths aboard a monster truck for an unforgettable glacier adventure.

After breakfast, we embark on a scenic journey to Borgarfjörður and explore the stunning Snæfellsnes Peninsula, often called Iceland in Miniature due to its diverse landscapes.
We begin at the beach, where we get a chance to spot a seal colony and various seabirds. Our next stop is the charming fishing village of Arnarstapi, where we take a walk along the rugged cliffs, admiring the dramatic coastal rock formations. Later, continue to Hellnar, a small yet historically rich village known for its lava formations and breathtaking ocean views. Further, we visit Vatnshellir Cave, an 8000-year-old lava tube extending over 200 meters and descending 35 meters below the surface, offering a unique underground experience. Later, we reach Grundarfjörður, a picturesque town home to the famous Kirkjufell Mountain, one of Iceland’s most photographed landmarks, rising 1500 ft. above the shoreline, creating a perfect postcard view.

After breakfast at hotel, we journey towards South Iceland, exploring some of its most iconic natural wonders.
Our first stop is the breathtaking Seljalandsfoss waterfall, famously featured in the song Gerua. Here, we take a unique walking trail behind the cascading waters for an unforgettable view. Next, we visit Skogafoss, where, on a bright sunny day, vibrant rainbows often form, adding to the waterfall’s magical charm.
We then proceed to the stunning Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, one of the world’s most unique coastal landscapes. Here, we witness the striking basalt rock columns, dramatic cave formations, and the towering sea stacks known as the Rock Apostles. Our journey continues to Solheimasandur, home to the famous DC-3 plane wreck, another iconic location from Gerua, offering a surreal and picturesque landscape.

After breakfast at the hotel, we explore two of Iceland’s most breathtaking natural wonders – Skaftafell National Park and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon.
Our day begins at Skaftafell National Park, a spectacular oasis of birch forests surrounded by the vast tongues of the Vatnajökull glacier and the black sands of Skeiðarársandur. This region offers stunning landscapes shaped by glaciers and volcanic activity, creating a dramatic yet serene environment. We then continue our journey east to the mesmerizing Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, one of Iceland’s most awe-inspiring sights. Here, massive icebergs break off from the Breidamerkurjökull glacier and float gracefully in the lagoon, slowly drifting towards the sea. We take time to admire the breathtaking scenery and capture stunning photos. From May to November, we have the opportunity to experience an unforgettable Amphibian Boat Ride through the lagoon (subject to weather conditions).
Just opposite the lagoon, we visit Diamond Beach, where icebergs of various shapes and sizes drift ashore onto the black volcanic sand, creating a spectacular sight. The contrast of the clear, blue-tinted ice against the dark sand makes this beach look like a natural gallery of glistening jewels. As the icebergs slowly melt and reflect the light, the beach shimmers like a sea of diamonds. This surreal landscape provides an incredible opportunity for photography and a peaceful moment to appreciate nature’s artistry.

After breakfast, we proceed to Reykjavik and explore its iconic landmarks.
We begin with the Sun Voyager, a striking sculpture symbolizing hope and freedom, followed by the stunning Harpa Concert Hall. Passing by City Hall and the historic Parliament House, we visit Hallgrimskirkja Church, the tallest in Iceland, offering panoramic city views. Next, we enjoy FlyOver Iceland, an immersive experience that simulates flying over Iceland’s breathtaking landscapes. We then unwind at the Blue Lagoon, a world-famous geothermal spa surrounded by black lava fields, where the mineral-rich waters provide the perfect relaxation.
